l aim to practice in a truly holistic way, staying true to the principles of Osteopathy, harmonised with my own personal beliefs and values. Practicing with honesty and integrity is important to me. I aim to offer a holistic integrated health management service to the people under my care.

I was attracted to the principles Osteopathy is based on. I aim to make a long term contribution to the person's health and wellbeing and the educational aspect is important to me. I like to share what I 've learned to empower others to experience the benefits of a holistic and natural approach. I believe everyone can look forward to a life full of energy, vitality, optimal health and wellbeing.

I am a great believer in nutrition and exercise to achieve and maintain good health. You are what you eat and motion is lotion are amongst my many mottos. I regularly practice Pilates, Yoga and meditation and I practice what I preach.

I studied at Oxford Brookes University, I 'm registered with the General Osteopathic Council and a member of the British Osteopathic Association.

My background is in the fitness industry. I worked in different health clubs in London as a fitness instructor, personal trainer and manager. Prior to Osteopathy I worked at various clinics in London and Oxford for 10 years doing Sports /Remedial massage and lymph drainage. I have worked with athletes ranging from recreational to elite from many different sports.

I am an advocate of self improvement, highly motivated and committed to my work, providing a focused, caring and professional service. I like to work with people from all walks of life and I enjoy having an international and cosmopolitan client base.

I like to educate and empower my clients to look after themselves in a holistic and natural way. 

My main interests are health and fitness, natural remedies, Yoga, meditation, fengshui, metaphysics, jazz/classical, art, contemporary dance.

I have just completed a basic course in Applied Kinesiology with Icak and I plan to expand on this later in the year. I also plan to further my studies in visceral osteopathy and small animals osteopathy.
